Overview
launcher.exe will ad a run once registry key upon installation for all user profiles of the PC that will cause the file to be executed the first time any user logs in. It is installed with a couple of know programs including Recovery Center published by SoftThinks, Recovery Center from SoftThinks and Recovery Center by SoftThinks. The file is digitally signed by SoftThinks which was issued by the VeriSign certificate authority (CA). Note, some antivirus scanners have flagged this file, however it is not necessarily considered malware (see below for details).
