Intel® My WiFi Technology is integrated into the installation of Intel PROSet Wireless. Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi is used to set up, edit, and manage network profiles to connect to a network. It also includes advanced settings such as power management and channel selection for setting up ad-hoc networks. The WiFi Connection Utility Main Window lets users view the current connection details (signal quality, speed and current network name) and scan for available WiFi networks.

pantray.dll is loaded as dynamic link library that runs in the context of a process. The assembly utilizes the .NET run-time framework (which is required to be installed on the PC).
